1. About these terms
These Terms apply to the supply of the Luna Trust Snapshot by Mandi Paulene Smith, an individual sole trader trading as Luna Media, ABN 37 312 670 505 ("Luna Media", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact: info@lunamedia.au.
2. Scope
The Trust Snapshot is a focused strategic review of three nominated pages on a live, functioning website: the homepage, one service or offer page, and the primary enquiry path. It is delivered as a designed PDF and one clarification email.
3. Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in full at the time of reservation, processed securely through Stripe. The fee shown at the time of reservation applies. Founding pricing applies only while founding places remain available.
4. Commencement and intake
Payment confirms your place. You must complete the intake form so Luna knows which pages to review and what your business is trying to achieve. Luna cannot begin the review until your completed intake form and required page links have been received. The five business day delivery period begins only after the completed intake is received, not from the point of payment. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or inaccessible information may change the delivery timeframe.
5. Client responsibility
The accuracy and completeness of the information supplied in the intake is the client's responsibility. Luna will work from the information provided and may flag where further input is required.
6. Exclusions
The Snapshot reviews the agreed pages and enquiry journey only. It is strategic guidance. It is not legal, accessibility, SEO, technical, security or regulatory certification. It does not include a full website audit, analytics analysis, complete copywriting, implementation, full brand strategy, or unlimited support. The client is responsible for implementation unless separately agreed.
7. Clarification allowance
The included clarification support is one email containing up to three reasonable questions on the report. Further consultation is available under a separate engagement.
8. Intellectual property
The client may use the Trust Snapshot internally within their business. Luna retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, methods, templates and pre-existing materials.
9. Confidentiality
Information supplied by the client will be treated in confidence and used solely for the purpose of delivering the Trust Snapshot.
10. Cancellations and refunds
If you request cancellation before Luna has commenced the review, Luna may provide a refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing costs, subject to Australian Consumer Law. Once the review has commenced, any refund request will be considered based on the work already completed and the circumstances of the request.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
11. No guarantee of outcome
The Trust Snapshot is strategic and qualitative. Luna does not guarantee any specific increase in revenue, enquiries, traffic or conversion. Outcomes depend on implementation and a wide range of factors outside Luna's control.
12. Limitation
The Trust Snapshot is not technical, legal, accessibility, financial or compliance advice. Where these are relevant, please consult an appropriately qualified specialist.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
