Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by Mandi Paulene Smith, an individual sole trader trading as Luna Media, ABN 37 312 670 505 ("Luna Media", "we", "us" or "our"). Luna Media is based in New South Wales, Australia. You can contact us at info@lunamedia.au.
What we collect
- Information you submit through enquiry forms (such as name, email, business details and the context of your enquiry).
- Information you provide when purchasing a Luna Trust Snapshot, including the pages you nominate for review and your responses to the intake form.
- Payment metadata (name, email, amount, payment reference) returned by our payment processor. Full card details are not stored by Luna Media.
- Basic technical information collected by analytics tools, where installed and disclosed.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver requested services.
- To send transactional emails related to your purchase and delivery of your Trust Snapshot (confirmation, intake link, intake receipt, gentle intake reminders, and the completed report).
- To improve the quality and clarity of our website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we store and protect it
Enquiry, order and intake information is stored using secure cloud-based database and hosting providers, with access restricted to authorised systems and Luna Media. Payment processing is performed by Stripe. Transactional emails are dispatched through our hosting platform's managed email infrastructure. Some of these providers may process data outside Australia; where they do, they operate under their own contractual and regulatory safeguards.
Data retention
We retain order and intake information for as long as required to deliver your Trust Snapshot, provide follow-up clarification, and meet Australian tax and record keeping obligations (generally seven years for financial records). You can request earlier deletion of intake responses by emailing info@lunamedia.au, subject to those legal obligations.
Marketing consent
Purchasing a Trust Snapshot or submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Transactional and service-related emails are separate from marketing consent.
Third-party tools
Where analytics or marketing tools are in use, they are listed here once active. Only tools that are actually installed will be referenced.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@lunamedia.au. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Service-related and transactional emails may still be sent where they are necessary to respond to an enquiry, process a purchase or deliver a service. Where applicable, we handle personal information in accordance with relevant Australian privacy laws and principles. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL.
